How would you describe a typical day at work?
Challenging yet exciting. Mornings usually commence with a team huddle, defining the agenda for the day while taking a stock of the previous day’s priorities. This helps give the team a clear line of direction to focus their energies on. Each day presents new challenges and hence learning opportunities, right from launching induction plans for businesses to brainstorming for setting up new processes.
How would you describe your experience here?
Inspirational. The learning graph is steep, and I am getting to play a pivotal role in setting up scalable processes. From working with several stakeholders to deep-diving into technology to building my own team, the exposure I have had here is great.

What is the most exciting thing about working at RIVIGO?
Getting to see positive impacts within the organisation right in front of my eyes, due to the efforts of me and my team, is the most exciting thing. Knowing what I am doing has a direct impact on the future growth of the organisation is a motivator.
